1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions for Assistente Clínico (the “Service”) provided by Institute Neumair.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
2. 48-Hour No-Card Preview
Eligible new users may receive a limited forty-eight (48) hour preview of Assistente Clínico before selecting a paid subscription.
No credit card or other payment method is required for this preview, and no subscription charge is made during the preview period.
The 48-hour preview is provided directly by Institute Neumair and is separate from the FastSpring subscription trial described below.
3. Five-Day Free Trial After Plan Selection
A valid payment method is required when starting this five-day trial. FastSpring stores the payment method for the subscription, but the regular subscription price is not charged when the free trial begins.
Unless the trial is cancelled before it ends, FastSpring will automatically charge the subscription price shown at checkout when the five-day trial expires.
The five-day FastSpring trial begins after plan selection and checkout. It is separate from the preceding 48-hour Institute Neumair preview.
4. Cancelling During the Five-Day Trial
You may cancel the FastSpring subscription trial before it expires to prevent the first recurring subscription charge.
If the trial is cancelled before the first payment becomes due, no regular subscription payment has been collected and therefore there is no subscription charge to refund.
Trial access may end immediately or at the end of the applicable trial period depending on the subscription status and cancellation handling shown through FastSpring.
5. Billing After the Trial
If the five-day trial is not cancelled before it expires, FastSpring will charge the payment method associated with the subscription using the price and billing cycle presented at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the applicable renewal.
Taxes, currency, and payment-method availability may vary according to the purchaser's location and the transaction information presented by FastSpring at checkout.
6. Cancelling a Paid Subscription
After paid billing has started, you may cancel your subscription to prevent future automatic renewals.
Cancellation does not normally reverse a subscription payment that has already been processed, and it does not automatically create a right to a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.
Where applicable, paid access may continue until the end of the current subscription term after cancellation.
7. Refunds After a Charge Has Been Processed
Institute Neumair does not provide a general voluntary money-back guarantee after the five-day free trial has ended and the regular subscription charge has been processed.
Refunds may nevertheless be issued when required by applicable law, for verified duplicate or erroneous transactions, or where FastSpring determines that a refund is appropriate under its payment, fraud, risk, or dispute procedures.
Approved refunds are processed through FastSpring to the payment method or payment channel applicable to the original transaction.
8. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
FastSpring provides customer account-management tools through which customers can view active subscriptions, update supported payment methods, and cancel automatic renewal.
Customers with an active trial can also view the remaining trial time and cancel the trial before the automatic first charge.

9. Incorrect, Duplicate, or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe that a transaction is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise requires investigation, contact Institute Neumair or FastSpring Buyer Support promptly.
To identify an order, you may be asked for the email address used for the purchase and the FastSpring order, invoice, or receipt reference. Do not send full payment card numbers or security codes.
10. FastSpring Transaction Terms
FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscription transactions. FastSpring's purchaser terms therefore apply to the payment transaction, while Institute Neumair's Terms of Service govern access to and use of Assistente Clínico.
11. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory law provides greater rights, those rights continue to apply.
12. Changes to This Policy
Institute Neumair may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current published version.
